Is there any gym available or a swimming pool? Some recreations are available in some properties, for example a Gym is available in Mushereb bldg. and Um Ghwaileena bldg. Swimming pool is available at Adam's Villas Compound .

Are there any extra charges to be paid for properties? An extra QR.1000.00/month will be added to the rent if the tenant wishes to add the following services: Cutlery, 2 sets of bed sheets, cleaning 1/week.

If maintenance problems occur who should I contact? For any maintenance complain, you can contact directly Adam Co. office during the working hours (8:30 AM 2:30 PM & 4:30 PM 8:00 PM) or send an email to the following address: maintenance@adamqatar.com

Can I alter the structure of the property? The tenant is not allowed to make any changes without previous written permission from the company. This also includes painting, unless if it was the same colour or a very similar one.

What happens if I need to break the lease agreement? If the tenant wishes to leave the property before the end of the rental period, He/she is committed to pay the full rent for the full rental period. In a special case, if the tenant is definitely leaving the State of Qatar, he/she has to prove us with an official letter from his company stating so, notify the landlord at least 1 month before, and pay 1 month rent as a compensation to break the contract.

Who pays the agency fee to Adam Real Estate Co.? You will not pay any fees or commission to our company

Are pets allowed? Some domestic pets are allowed at condition of not making any damages inside or outside the property or disturbing the neighbors.
