What is the term of the Tenancy Contract?
Tenancy Contracts are usually on a yearly basis and renewable; and could also be on monthly basis.

The daily and weekly rents are available at Adam Plaza Hotel Apartments.
How do I secure a Tenancy Contract?
Copies of the following documents are required for the landlord / Real Estate Company.
1. Passport & visa copy as 1st step, if your Residency permit is under process, with an attached official letter from your company stating the same.
2. Residency permit.
3. Complete contact details.
4. Security Deposit.
5. Rent payment by cheque (s) in advance in the name of the landlord.
How do I secure a Tenancy Contract in the name of the company I work for?
If you wish to lease through your company, you need copies of the following:
1. Commercial registration card (C.R)
2. Company computer card (card include signatories signatures)
3. Complete contact details.
4. Security Deposit.
5. Rent payment by cheque (s) in advance in the name of the landlord.
How do I pay the rent?
The rent is fully paid, in advance by postdated cheques. The number of cheques is negotiable between the landlord and the tenant.
How do I secure a property?
Generally you can secure the property by paying the security deposit.
How much is the security?
That would depend on the rental value of the property. Usually, it is (1) month of your rental cost. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy Contract, this deposit is refundable at the end of the agreement and after inspecting the damages during the check-out.
Can the landlord increase the rent in the following year?
Rental value will stay the same till the end of the rental period, any other increase or decrease may be applicable, according to the prevailing prices, when renewing the contract.
How do I connect electricity and water?
Our company will provide you with the needed papers; and then you will have to go to the nearest branch of Kahrama. Or our company can offer to do it on behalf of you by paying us the refundable electricity security fee of QR. 2000.
Are properties in Adam Co. equipped with appliances?
All our furnished apartments are equipped with home appliances such as, TV, oven, fridge, washing machine and microwave.
Are there any free services or facilities provided in Adam Co. properties?
Internet access, Satellite channels and maintenance are free of charge.
Is there any gym available or a swimming pool?
Some recreations are available in some properties, for example a Gym is available in Mushereb bldg. and Um Ghwaileena bldg. Swimming pool is available at Adam's Villas Compound .
Are there any extra charges to be paid for properties?
An extra QR.1000.00/month will be added to the rent if the tenant wishes to add the following services: Cutlery, 2 sets of bed sheets, cleaning 1/week.
If maintenance problems occur who should I contact?
For any maintenance complain, you can contact directly Adam Co. office during the working hours (8:30 AM 2:30 PM & 4:30 PM 8:00 PM) or send an email to the following address:

Can I alter the structure of the property?
The tenant is not allowed to make any changes without previous written permission from the company. This also includes painting, unless if it was the same colour or a very similar one.
What happens if I need to break the lease agreement?
If the tenant wishes to leave the property before the end of the rental period, He/she is committed to pay the full rent for the full rental period.

In a special case, if the tenant is definitely leaving the State of Qatar, he/she has to prove us with an official letter from his company stating so, notify the landlord at least 1 month before, and pay 1 month rent as a compensation to break the contract.
Who pays the agency fee to Adam Real Estate Co.?
You will not pay any fees or commission to our company
Are pets allowed?
Some domestic pets are allowed at condition of not making any damages inside or outside the property or disturbing the neighbors.
